The system will send invitations to members in email and mobile App notifications.
Once everything is ready, the system would automatically send out the Notice of Meeting to every member on the list. There are two ways of communications:

Once the member received the email, he can download the App from Google or iTunes.
To login to the Company123 App, he can use his email address as the ID and the supplied password to gain entry into the Meeting detail.
