C123 for Customer Portal: we are exploring the use of C123 as a customer portal connecting to service providers, either as a stand-alone system or in connection with other external programs like CSA or CPAnywhere. The requirements for a user friendly customer portal is that it has the Conversation Page, Inbox and Outbox, job or service history, signature, invoicing and payment channel. All the customer need to do is just to open the C123 app and start accessing his own account. We will first incorporate that in CPAnywhere first.
